No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

Traditionally, Jiu Jitsu is practiced in a gi, or a kimono. Training in a gi offers many benefits, but as jiu jitsu techniques have progressed, no-gi as emerged as it’s own style. We believe that combining the practice of gi and no-gi jiu jitsu results in a more complete grappling skill set. Whether your goal is to compete, defend yourself, or just get healthy, no-gi training has its distinct benefits.

This class requires the following:

Athletic shorts (no zippers), t-shirt or rash guard. Water is recommended.

Our No-Gi Class

Our instructors are not just dedicated to teaching, but constantly dedicated to learning and staying on the cutting edge of modern jiu jitsu techniques. Our sport is ever evolving, and so are our classes. The techniques that we teach have been tried and test under the heat of MMA and sport jiu jitsu competition. Our goal is to create the best grapplers possible, and our coaches strive to lead by example!
